Consultation Booking Fee Policy

A $20 booking fee is required to confirm all consultation appointments. This fee must be received no later than 1 hour before the scheduled consultation time. If payment is not received by that deadline, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

The $20 booking fee is non-refundable if:

The appointment is missed.
No request to reschedule is submitted before the scheduled consultation time.
You choose not to move forward with filing your tax return with Fundamental Tax Solutions.

If an appointment is missed without prior rescheduling, an additional $20 booking fee will be required to book a new consultation.

If you choose to file your tax return with Fundamental Tax Solutions, the $20 booking fee will be applied toward your tax preparation fee.

This policy ensures appointment availability and allows me to reserve dedicated time for each consultation.

Please log in on time. If you do not join the Zoom session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be terminated and considered a missed appointment.
